Project Planning

Our priorities are your priorities

When we consult on a new project, our process is always the same, whether we are handling a relatively small expansion or a multi-million dollar project. We do our research, consult with you, interview stakeholders to listen to their needs and make sure they are being met at every stage of the project. In practice, here is what that looks like:

Time is money, so we do it right the first time.

1. Initial meeting

This first meeting is about determining the scope, theme, budget and ultimate goals of your project. We set expectations, timelines and create a broad overview of what the project requires.

2. Key interviews

Next, we interview your key employees who have technology needs in order to determine the problems we need to solve and the possibilities ahead. This includes front desk staff, support, office employees and leadership. Once we have a clearer picture of your day-to-day technology needs, we combine that with initial meeting notes to form a more detailed plan.

3. Value engineering

This is where our team really shines and makes a difference for your bottom line! We look at the full project plan and determine the best possible use of every dollar in the budget. Sometimes we can save money on something like a wireless network, which means extra funds can then be used to purchase improved security equipment. When done correctly, our clients often end up being better equipped without spending a single cent over their budget.
